Hans Winter is drafted from the Hitler Youth into the Wehrmacht just before the invasion of Poland. He will serve for years in support of the Panzers, as an infantryman. His path will take him to many of the fiercest battles of the early years of the Second World War through blood, pain, and loss as well as triumph. Among others he must face the battle of El Alamein before he sees his home again.
Tony spent his career as an author and narrator, alongside a career in psychiatry, during which he was of part of the BAFTA-winning documentary “Bedlam”. He also contributed to Librivox recordings. Over the past two years, Tony has voiced roles for film, animation, and audio drama; together with the narration of 50 audiobooks.
